Store Keeper

Responsibilities: Receiving incoming shipments and physically inspecting goods to ensure the quantity and quality match the delivery notes and purchase orders. Maintaining precise digital or manual records of all items entering and leaving the warehouse to ensure the inventory database is always up to date. Systematically labeling, barcoding, and shelving items in their designated locations to maximize space and ensure fast, easy retrieval. Performing regular physical audits and "spot checks" to reconcile actual shelf counts with system records, identifying and reporting any discrepancies or "shrinkage. Monitoring stock for expiration dates or damage and ensuring that all goods are stored under the correct conditions (such as temperature or stack height) to prevent loss. Requirements: Degree/HND in Accounting, Business Administration, and related fields.
