Cashier

Responsibilities: Process customer transactions accurately using POS systems. Scan items, verify prices, and ensure correct billing. Receive and handle cash, card, and other payment methods securely. Issue receipts, refunds, and correct change when necessary. Balance cash register at the beginning and end of each shift. Attend to customer inquiries and resolve basic complaints professionally. Maintain a clean, organized, and functional checkout area. Assist with bagging items and ensuring a smooth checkout process. Report pricing errors, system issues, or discrepancies to management. Support store operations and adhere to company policies and procedures. Requirements: Minimum HND. 1 year of previous experience in a similar role.
