Inventory

Responsibilities: Monitor and maintain accurate stock levels across all product categories Record all incoming and outgoing goods using inventory systems or stock cards Conduct regular stock counts (daily, weekly, monthly) and reconcile discrepancies Inspect deliveries to ensure the correct quantity and quality of goods received Track fast-moving and slow-moving items to support restocking decisions Identify damaged, expired, or missing items and report accordingly Ensure proper storage and organization of products in the store and warehouse Work closely with sales staff to prevent stockouts and overstocking Prepare inventory reports for management review Support loss prevention by monitoring stock movement and reducing shrinkage Requirements: Minimum BSc 1 year of previous experience in a similar role
