Sales Representative

Responsibilities: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner Provide product information and recommend items based on customer needs Promote and upsell products to increase sales revenue Ensure shelves are fully stocked, well-arranged, and properly labeled Monitor inventory levels and report low or out-of-stock items Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor Work closely with team members to achieve daily and monthly sales targets Requirements: Minimum S.S.C.E 1 year of previous experience in a similar role
