About this scholarship
Responsibilities: Prepare a variety of Nigerian dishes (soups, rice, swallows, grills, etc.) Maintain quality, taste, and presentation standards Handle bulk cooking for large numbers (200+ guests) Support menu planning and food preparation Ensure proper food storage and kitchen hygiene Work effectively with the kitchen team Requirements: Proven experience in Nigerian cuisine Experience in bulk/large-scale cooking is required Strong knowledge of local ingredients and cooking methods Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Remuneration: NGN 80,000 – 100,000
