About this scholarship
Responsibilities: Generate quality leads, follow up on prospects, and convert them into active clients. Conduct field visits, business assessments, and customer verifications to evaluate creditworthiness. Present credit recommendations to the credit committee for approval. Loan form documentation and follow-through to disbursement. Maintain strong customer relationships and provide excellent post-disbursement support. Rendition of periodic activity reports. Analyze market trends and advise accordingly as part of product improvement. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A minimum of 2–3 years of experience in credit sales, micro-lending, or financial services is mandatory. Strong sales and marketing skills with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets.
