Responsibilities: Keep a daily checklist of the pool car (mileage records, up-to-date repair records) Report any accidents or injuries to the management immediately Give timely prompts on renewal of vehicle documents (license, permit, and roadworthiness). Vehicle Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized vehicle in and out Ensure that the vehicle is always fuelled and ready for use Give a timely prompt on repairs/ servicing to be carried out on the official pool car Manage the monthly fuel consumption of the pool car Perform pre- and post-trip inspection of the vehicle Compliance with Laws and Regulations: Follow traffic laws and regulations Give a timely prompt on the refill/replacement of safety items in the pool car.
