Conversion Officer About the Role Navitas is seeking a relentless and momentum-driven Conversion Officer to join its student recruitment team across the UK and Nigeria. The role involves driving conversion for the University of Plymouth by guiding offer holders through to CAS, while delivering exceptional, student-centric support to maximize enrolments from West Africa (Nigeria/Ghana). The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills, engaging effectively with students, parents, education agents, and internal teams.
