Project Quantity Surveyor

Job Title : Project Quantity Surveyor Location: Port Harcourt Salary: 300,000-400,000 (Based on Experience/Competence) Key Job Responsibilities Prepare detailed project budgets in alignment with scope and company pricing standards. Develop and review Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for roofing and restoration projects. Analyze drawings, site measurements, and material specifications to ensure BOQ accuracy. Generate accurate project quotations for clients in collaboration with the commercial/sales team. Conduct cost estimation for materials, labor, equipment, logistics, and contingencies. Review subcontractor quotations and negotiate pricing where necessary. Monitor budget performance throughout the project lifecycle and implement cost-control measures. Track variations and prepare variation claims where applicable. Provide financial forecasts and profitability reports to management. Ensure all pricing aligns with company margin targets. <
